Originally my blog started as chronicling Miami sights, restaurants, events, etc. But there were a lot of places in Portland (when I went home) and Philly (when I went there for work in the summer) that I really wanted to share. I also think it really helped me explore those places even a bit more (especially in Philly) to try and discover new places and write about them.
Originally I made separate categories for Portland and Philadelphia, but then I began finding some places in other cities that I wanted to blog about. I’ve since kept Portland as a separate category (given the number of trips back and posts), but have moved Philadelphia (since I unfortunately haven’t worked there in two summers…) and other trips into this separate page.
Slowly adding more and more places to the list. Each page has the posts listed out and if there are a decent number they are divided into restaurants and sights. I try to make the gluten-free options I’ve discovered as easy to find. Usually finding gluten-free restaurants are the first thing I look for on a trip and I think I’ve found some pretty good ones!
